On August 19, 2017, Essence's body was found by a Realtor behind an empty house for sale on Douglas Road in Groveland. Essence was 23 years old (in 2017), 5'2", 120 pounds, dark hair and eyes. Essence was known to work as a prostitute in the Orange Blossom Trail area of Orlando. Detectives are seeking information on Essence's whereabouts and activities between August 6, 2017 and August 19, 2017, how she traveled from Orlando to Groveland, and information identifying anyone who was with Essence during this time frame.
