Operation Aware is a program by the Lake County Sheriff's Office and other law enforcement agencies throughout Lake County that provides wearable technology that gives law enforcement and other first responders valuable information about the wearer.
This program is designed for the parents or guardians of children with special needs that would benefit from having valuable information provided to first responders if they were to encounter them or needed help, and is offered at no cost to the residents of Lake County.
