OVERVIEW:
The 911 Cellular Telephone Program is designed to allow those who are 'at risk' and have no telephone or who may require assistance when they are away from home the ability to call 911 in the event of an emergency.

The telephones are distributed by the Victim Advocate to 'at risk' people such as victims of domestic violence or the elderly.
